The excitement is just too much...

I'm not sure I can even explain the excitement over here. Well, with me anyway. I can't believe we are almost down to 30 days. I often think the following things. Repeatedly.
How did I get this far?
How am I going to do this?
How will I add 5 more miles.
I hope I don't have to pee.
I hope I don't walk.
How will I see all of my people? 
I hope they will be able to see me.
Can one hold their pee for 26.2 miles?
Why is it soooooo far?
I think I am more of a 1/2 marathoner.
Too late now.

I'll find out the answers to all of those questions/statements in 32 days. THIRTY TWO DAYS!

Just kidding. Hive fives and hugs for EVERYONE that day. So basically I will see you all in like 12 hours.

Okay so reality check. My friend Sandy and I talk just about every day. This is a recent text message.

So that's our new slogan. YOU are NOT the best. We might even put it on a t shirt. So watch for it. It's catchy. Say it. Say it to someone. Then duck.

So my "surprise" party is 3 days away and while I am no longer surprised because they had to tell me to get me there, it still really is a surprise party because I have not been allowed to help out at all. And there's group texts and messages and plans being made. There are meetings and fun things and surprise happenings and while I miss my friends because they are being so secretive...

 I LOVE them and I CANNOT wait. 

So we hope to see you there. I mean where else would you want to be on a Friday night on the first day of spring. It may only be like 10 degrees, but inside it will be cozy and warm and I will be offering hugs and asking for tips and advice on how to survive what I have gotten myself into. 

So come join the fun!!

(The mental game for this one was tough. I am getting better at the game. It still needs work.)

Monday - Rest Day (Thank you lord)

Wednesday - 4 Miles (Funny how 4 miles is so quick)

Haven't arrived yet but they will be filled with some am running.
